Sam is an Operations Director for Mace Construct, having joined the Business 11 years ago as a Construction Manager, progressing through to Project Manager, and since 2021 has been the Head of Planning for the Infrastructure Business Unit. He now manages a direct team in excess of 30 planners across Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, with VisiLean being the primary software platform used to coordinate short and medium-term planning.
