Background

Mace, as the principal contractor, undertook the construction of two significant skyscrapers at 40 Leadenhall Street in central London. These structures span 910,000 square feet and comprise 16 and 38 storeys. The project adhered to stringent carbon footprint requirements, leading Mace to heavily utilise offsite construction for prefabrication of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) elements.
