Technical Support Specialist

Job Description
Core technical support for VisiLean implementation by visiting project sites within and around the region and working with teams on the ground. Ensuring successful account management by closely interfacing with key client contacts at their offices within and around the region regularly. Assist projects to leverage digital engineering & construction solutions through deep collaboration between the VisiLean HO team and the clients being supported. Supporting clients on their projects for VisiLean implementation through: Project setup - Plan/Model import - Settings - etc. Plan updates Model linking Develop User-Guides /Reference Manuals Execute Drone Flights and/or 360* Camera site capture. VisiLean system training – Web and Mobile App. Leverage ongoing development and deployment of VisiLean in projects and assets to improve participation and drive-up value in projects. Develop Specifications for Features for the Technical Team. Assist Implementation Consultants in the team with Training & Support. Develop and share best practices, work processes, systems, and tools.
