Technical Support Specialist (Germany: Full-time | Work from home + On-site project visits)

Job Description
We are seeking AEC professionals (exclusive for candidates based in Germany only) passionate about construction and digitalisation to join our Customer Support & Engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement VisiLean, applying your civil engineering expertise to cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities •Support clients in VisiLean implementation (project setup, plan updates, model linking, scheduling) •Develop user guides, manuals, and training resources •Deliver VisiLean training (Web and Mobile App) •Share best practices, workflows, and process improvements •Provide on-site project support as required •Assist Business Development with demos and presentations •Represent VisiLean at industry events, conferences, and forums
Skills Required
Hands-on construction project experience in diverse settings
Native/Professional fluency in German and English (other languages a plus)
Proficiency in planning tools: MSP, P6, Asta, Vico
Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
Familiarity with Lean, Last Planner, and Takt methodologies
Exposure to BIM tools and project system integration (advantage)
Willingness to travel across Central Europe
Experience Required
3 + years
Qualification Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Construction / Architecture (Master’s in Construction Project Management preferred)
