Client Engagement & Solutioning • Lead and support client meetings, discovery workshops, pilot engagements, and technical discussions in collaboration with the sales team • Develop a thorough understanding of client workflows, construction planning practices, reporting challenges, and digital maturity levels • Design and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that clearly map VisiLean’s capabilities to client-specific use cases • Craft solution approaches aligned to project controls, scheduling, execution tracking, and cross-team collaboration requirements.
Pre-Sales Execution • Prepare solution notes, compelling presentations, proposals, and structured responses to RFIs and RFPs • Lead or support Proof-of-Concept (POC) and pilot engagements, ensuring clear value articulation throughout • Act as the primary techno-functional resource for the sales team during the full sales cycle • Proactively identify capability gaps and coordinate with the Product team to ensure accurate and credible solution positioning Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging • Build and sustain strong working relationships with client stakeholders across technical and business functions • Represent VisiLean with professionalism and subject-matter authority in client-facing situations.
