Supporting the client team on their project for VisiLean implementation through: o Complete Project setup in VisiLean - Plan/Model import, Settings, Parameters. o Plan updates – Daily progress updates to be captured from site team and updated on the platform. o Assist Client in L3/L4/L5 schedule preparation, updates, and breakdown into weekly work plans. o Validate sequencing, dependencies, critical path items, and ensure VisiLean plan reflects actual site realities. o Maintain alignment between Baseline vs L2 vs Site Plan using mapped fields o Assist in plan exports, managing their P6/MSP Schedules, and providing the required outputs. o BIM Model linking for 4D visualisation. BIM Model management to offer expert advice to ensure model outputs are realised effectively. o Develop User-Guides / Reference Manuals / Presentations / Reports based on Client requirements to constantly ensure outputs are being delivered. o Execute Drone Flights and 360* Camera site walk for Reality Capture (weekly) if opted for the project by the Client. o VisiLean system training – Web and Mobile App to users as required by Client. o Management reporting to Client team on project status, implementation status, blockers or issues that need escalation, and overall health-check. o Develop and share work processes for the client team. o Daily check of PowerBi Dashboards developed to ensure data sanity. o Make changes in dashboards if required and within PowerBi skills. o Run morning & evening stand ups with site teams for plan vs actual updates. o Be the first-level resolver for runtime issues, data gaps, user errors o Provide gap analysis and recommendations on a monthly basis to ensure alignment and success of implementation. o Act as a driver, not enabler – you’re responsible for success, not just support! • Coordinate with VisiLean Support team at HO for assistance and updates. • Back-end and related technical work to support VisiLean application by recording issues, raising tickets, and following-up internally with the team.
