We are looking for an HR Manager to join our fast-growing team. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Recruitment which includes handling operational issues with Employee Management, defining and maintaining HR processes, general recruitment of both technical and managerial candidates. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the entire Human Resource Management of our Team, as well as supporting to expedite the recruitment, on-boarding, and exit process for all employees.

Proven work experience in IT Recruitment
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and Teams Meeting)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of handling on boarding/ Exit processes entirely
Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and related policies, programs, and practices.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Support organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
Retain human resource records in a structured system, keeping past and current records of each employee.
Work on online platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. along with various recruitment agencies to source candidates for job positions.
Host specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes & perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
Coordinate with the team leads to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Conduct new employee orientation, background checks, and facilitating the joining formalities.
Resolve employee grievances or queries in an effective manner and escalate to the right management level.
Implement and administer performance management processes and timelines.
