We are looking for a head of sales to join our UK team. As a head of sales you will play a key role in growing our business in the UK and northern Europe. Your responsibilities will include building and strengthening our pipeline with high profile customers and resellers in the UK and European market. Operating from our office in London you will work closely with our technical and support teams. You will directly report to the Senior Management team to provide market feedback and develop global strategies.
- Service existing accounts, generate new sales, and establish new accounts by careful planning and execution.
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales targets.
- Keep the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Liaise with the customer support team to ensure successful implementation by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Understanding of b2b processes and functions.
- Insight into modern digital marketing and its methods and tools.
- Solid track record of B2B sales preferably in technology sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
